Treelife is hiring for the position of Executive Assistant with 4-6 years of experience to join their office in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Ensure alignment between project scope, client expectations, and deliverables; track and manage timely execution.
- Plan timelines, manage deadlines, resolve bottlenecks, and maintain accurate project documentation.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure billing accuracy and prevent discrepancies.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and status reports.
- Implement and streamline processes for smooth day-to-day execution.
- Build strong client relationships by understanding needs, offering tailored solutions, and addressing concerns.
- Maintain records, update CRM systems, and generate reports and forecasts.
- Support founders with ad-hoc tasks such as scheduling, travel arrangements, and timeline management.
Eligibility
- 4–6 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Office tools.
- Solid financial acumen, with understanding of billing and invoicing processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
