Contract Bazar is hiring for the position of Executive Associate with 1 year of experience to join their office in Noida.

Role and Responsibilities

1. Drafting Legal Agreements and Policies

• Prepare a wide range of legal documents, including NDAs, service agreements, partnership contracts, employment agreements, and internal policies.
• Ensure alignment with legal standards and client-specific requirements.
• Conduct in-depth legal research to support accuracy and relevance.

2. Reviewing and Vetting Legal Documents

• Critically evaluate documents prepared by junior team members or received from external parties.
• Identify legal risks, inconsistencies, or non-compliance in contracts and agreements.
• Recommend revisions to enhance clarity, enforceability, and legal robustness.

3. Ensuring Legal Compliance and Accuracy

• Monitor legal and regulatory developments and reflect updates in relevant documents.
• Validate compliance with local, national, and international legal standards.

4. Timely Delivery of Work

• Manage and prioritize drafting assignments to meet internal and external deadlines.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather necessary information and ensure timely approvals.

5. Documentation Quality Assuran.ce

• Perform comprehensive edits and consistency checks prior to submission.
• Maintain uniformity in language, formatting, and tone across all legal documents.

6. Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement

• Work cross-functionally with internal departments to capture accurate inputs.
• Engage with clients to understand their needs and deliver customized legal solutions.

Eligibility

• Education: LL.B. is required; LL.M. is an added advantage.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in drafting, reviewing, and vetting legal documents, preferably in a corporate or law firm setting.

Salary/Stipend
