Details of the Job/Internship
Fair & Square Legal is hiring an Executive Associate to join their office in Noida. This is a full-time, on-site role.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide legal and tax-related advisory services to clients.
- Manage client compliance processes related to GST, Customs, and VAT.
- Assist in preparing and submitting documents to regulatory authorities.
- Conduct legal research and analysis of tax laws and regulatory provisions.
- Handle administrative and coordination tasks related to compliance documentation.
- Support client communication and stakeholder coordination.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Taxation, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of GST, Customs, VAT, and other indirect tax frameworks.
- Proficiency in legal research, analysis, and interpretation of regulatory provisions.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills for handling compliance documentation and deadlines.
- Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools, legal research tools, and related software.
- Prior experience in a similar role in a tax or legal advisory firm is preferred.
