Details of the Job/Internship
Contract Bazaar is hiring an Executive Associate with at least 1 year of experience to join their office in Noida.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft NDAs, partnership agreements, employment contracts, service agreements, and internal policies.
- Ensure documents reflect client requirements and comply with applicable laws.
- Review and vet legal documents prepared by others for legal risks and compliance issues.
- Provide edits and corrections to improve document quality.
- Stay updated on legal developments and incorporate relevant changes.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and documents.
- Maintain quality and consistency in language and presentation across legal documentation.
- Collaborate with clients and internal departments to gather input and deliver tailored legal solutions.
Eligibility
- LL.B. or equivalent; LL.M. preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in legal drafting and document vetting.
- Strong legal research skills.
- Accuracy in drafting and reviewing legal content.
- Good communication skills with ability to explain legal terms to non-lawyers.
- Experience working with clients and cross-functional teams.
