Details of the Job/Internship

They are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Compliance Executive to join their Global Content Team at RSJ Lexsys Pvt. Ltd. (LexComply). The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the creation, maintenance, and research of compliance checklists for global laws. This role requires strong legal acumen, excellent research skills, and proficiency in legal and corporate regulations.

Role and Responsibilities

Compliance Management:

• Develop and update compliance checklists according the global laws and regulations.
• Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of compliance-related documentation.

Legal Research:

• Conduct thorough legal research on global laws to identify compliance requirements.
• Interpret and analyze legal provisions to provide actionable insights.
• Prepare a list of laws applicable to a business entity.

Skill Utilization:

• Utilize advanced knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word for data management, reporting, and documentation.
• Apply strong reading and writing skills to draft and review legal content effectively.

Regulatory Knowledge:

• Stay updated with corporate, employment, environmental, and tax laws, ensuring organizational compliance.

Language Proficiency:

• Demonstrate a strong understanding of legal terminologies and English language proficiency.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law.
• Good Knowledge of compliance, legal research, or related areas is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
• Knowledge of corporate laws is essential.
• Excellent legal research and analytical skills.
• Strong understanding of legal language and documentation.
• Effective written and reading skills.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
