Details of the Job/Internship
Schindler India is hiring an Executive Legal – Commercial & Contracts to join their office in Pune.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and support negotiation of commercial contracts including Work Orders, Purchase Orders, Service Agreements, NDAs, and tenders.
- Evaluate contractual obligations, liabilities, and rights; prepare deviation notes and risk summaries.
- Ensure compliance with statutory obligations, company policies, and industry-specific regulations.
- Assist with regulatory filings, licenses, renewals, and legal notices.
- Maintain organized contract repositories, trackers, and MIS reports.
- Liaise with Sales, Procurement, and Operations to align contract terms with business needs.
Eligibility
- Law graduate with strong knowledge of contract and commercial law.
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with contract management tools is an advantage.
- Strong communication, analytical, and multitasking skills.
