Details of the Job/Internship

Zype is hiring an Executive – Legal & Compliance with at least 1 year of relevant experience to join their Mumbai office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft and review legal documents such as contracts and agreements.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Conduct legal research and prepare analyses.
• Maintain corporate records and legal documentation.
• Liaise with regulatory bodies and manage filings.
• Support corporate governance activities including board and shareholder meetings.
• Assist in implementing governance best practices.

Eligibility

• Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in legal and regulatory work.
• Prior experience in a Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) is mandatory.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Salary/Stipend
