Details of the Job/Internship

Larsen & Toubro Vyoma is hiring a Legal & Compliance Manager with 3–5 years of experience. The role involves managing legal, regulatory, and compliance requirements for data centre and cloud businesses.

Role and Responsibilities

• Creating templates for DC BU contracts, including MSAs, NDAs, and related documents.
• Defining, updating, and monitoring regulatory and compliance requirements in India and other geographies.
• Reviewing and negotiating contracts and SLAs with customers, vendors, and partners.
• Tracking SLA breaches and supporting responses and negotiations with customers.
• Providing litigation support and management.
• Ensuring data security and compliance.
• Supporting documentation for certifications such as MeiTY empanelment, ISO, SOC 2, and other DC certifications.
• Conducting regular audits for compliance with certification standards.
• Coordinating with regulators and government authorities such as MeiTY, DOT, and TRAI.
• Liaising with external legal consultants as required.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law with specialization in Cyber Law, IT Law, Business Law, Corporate Law, or relevant certifications.
• 3–5 years of relevant legal and compliance experience in data centres, cloud managed services, colocation, or IT services.
• Expertise in IT, DC, and ITES legal and compliance requirements, including company law, labour law, and contract management.
• Experience with Indian regulations; exposure to US or European laws is preferred.
• Experience drafting and managing SLAs, including handling SLA breaches.
• Experience with IT labour law requirements for 24x7 operations, especially in Maharashtra and Tamil Nadu.
• Experience working with DOT and TRAI for regulatory requirements.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
