Details of the Job/Internship
Zype is hiring for the position of Executive-Legal & Compliance with 1 year of experience to join their office in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and legal correspondence.
- Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations in all legal documents.
- Conducting legal research and providing analysis of relevant laws, regulations, and legal precedents.
- Maintaining organized and accurate corporate records and legal documentation.
- Liaising with regulatory bodies to manage filings and submissions.
- Supporting corporate governance activities, such as board and shareholder meetings.
- Assisting in the implementation of corporate governance best practices.
Eligibility
- Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in legal and regulatory frameworks.
- Experience in drafting and reviewing contracts and other legal documents.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Prior experience in a Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) is mandatory.
