Spandana Sphoorty Financial Limited is hiring an Executive – Legal (Contract & Litigation Management) with 1–3 years of experience to join their Head Office in Hyderabad. The role involves drafting, reviewing and negotiating agreements, ensuring legal compliance, providing advisory support to internal teams, managing legal documentation, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders. Experience in the BFSI sector is preferred.
Role and Responsibilities
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating vendor agreements, service provider agreements, non-disclosure agreements and lease deeds.
- Ensuring legal compliance under the Indian Contract Act and other relevant statutes.
- Providing legal advisory support under the supervision of the reporting manager to HR, Finance, IT and Operations teams.
- Maintaining and managing records of agreements executed by the company.
- Working closely with internal stakeholders to understand and support business requirements.
Eligibility
- LL.B degree from a recognised university.
- 1–3 years of experience in legal operations.
- Experience in the BFSI sector is preferred.
