Birlasoft is hiring for the position of Executive-Legal & Secretarial with 0-2 years of experience to join their office in Hyderabad.
Role and Responsibilities
Contract Compliance & Review
- Review, draft, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements including:
- Master Services Agreements (MSA)
- Software Licensing Agreements
- Implementation & Support Agreements
- Service Level Agreements (SLA)
- Teaming & Confidentiality Agreements
- Statements of Work (SOW)
- Amendments and standalone agreements
- Support contract negotiations for both sales and procurement teams.
Contract Advisory
- Provide legal advice on contractual issues, risk mitigation, and compliance strategies.
- Assist internal stakeholders with interpretation and execution of contractual obligations.
Eligibility
- 0–2 years of relevant experience or internships, preferably in the legal department of IT or manufacturing companies.
- Strong foundation in contract law, commercial negotiations, and legal drafting.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
