Details of the Job/Internship
Akshayakalpa Organic is hiring a Legal Executive I (CS) to join their office in Bengaluru, Chennai, or Hyderabad.
Role and Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, FEMA, and other applicable corporate laws.
- Prepare and file statutory returns, forms, and disclosures with MCA and other authorities.
- Maintain secretarial records including statutory registers, minutes, resolutions, and notices.
- Coordinate Board, Committee, and General Meetings, including drafting of agenda, presentations, and minutes.
- Draft and review routine agreements, NDAs, and compliance submissions.
- Monitor regulatory updates and assist in implementing governance measures.
- Liaise with internal teams, consultants, and external counsel on compliance-related matters.
Eligibility
- CS qualified or pursuing the final level of the Company Secretary course.
- 0 to 2 years of experience in corporate secretarial or compliance roles.
- Strong understanding of corporate governance principles.
- Good command of legal drafting and documentation accuracy.
- Proficiency in MCA portal and secretarial software tools.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and coordination skills.
- Alignment with Akshayakalpa’s values of purity, ethics, sustainability, and community impact.
