TOYOTA TSUSHO Nexty Electronics India Private Limited is hiring for the position of Executive - Legal & Taxation with 3-5 years of experience to join their office in Noida.
Role and Responsibilities
- Review and analyze legal documents, including NDAs, supplier agreements, and customer agreements.
- Maintain and update logs of all legal documentation.
- Conduct periodic reviews of contracts and agreements before expiry/renewal.
- Support in secretarial compliances such as director registrations, preparation of minutes (BOD/AGM), MCA annual filings, and XBRL submissions.
- Liaise with headquarters on documentation, legal requirements, and approvals.
- Assist in reviewing vendor agreements and contracts.
- Review SOPs and authorization tables from a finance and compliance perspective.
- Support in ICFR (Internal Controls over Financial Reporting) and dematerialization of shares.
- Prepare and maintain a compliance calendar for all legal and tax due dates.
- Monitor and share updates on taxation and legal changes on a weekly basis.
- Provide support in taxation and finance matters as assigned by the Finance Head.
Eligibility
- Graduate in Commerce or Law, with CA Inter / LLB / CS Inter qualification preferred.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in legal, compliance, and taxation functions.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Familiarity with corporate secretarial compliances and tax regulations.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
