Details of the Job/Internship
Clariant is hiring an Executive – Legal with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in commercial contract management to join their office in Navi Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and finalize various commercial contracts.
- Execute CDAs and NDAs in coordination with global counterparts.
- Ensure contract compliance with internal legal standards.
- Advise business units and functions, negotiate terms, and develop legal templates.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for timely contract closure.
- Coordinate litigation support including documentation, filings, and evidence collation.
- Draft Letters of Authority, legal notices, settlement agreements, etc.
Eligibility
- LL.B. required; LL.M. preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in the chemical or manufacturing industry preferred.
- Strong skills in contract drafting, legal research, and communication.
