Details of the Job/Internship

Square Yards is hiring an Executive – Legal with 1 year of experience or substantial internship exposure in litigation. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft pleadings, notices, and other legal documents independently.
• Handle litigation matters before RERA, Consumer Courts, District Courts, etc.
• Attend court proceedings and police matters as required.
• Ensure legal documentation is thorough and aligned with statutory procedures.

Eligibility

• Law degree from a reputed institution.
• Minimum 1 year of legal experience or serious litigation internship experience.
• Strong legal drafting skills.
• Sound knowledge of court and police procedures.

Salary/Stipend

Salary details will be finalised during the interview process with the selected candidate.
