SUPERGAS is hiring an Executive – Legal with 2-3 years of experience to join their office in Hyderabad.
Role and Responsibilities
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legislation and best practices in the industry.
- Draft, review, and manage a wide range of legal documents and agreements.
- Conduct legal research to support ongoing and future legal requirements.
- Analyze legal issues effectively.
- Act as a generalist lawyer with a flexible approach and strong sense of personal responsibility.
- Communicate fluently in English with internal teams and external lawyers.
- Lead and contribute to cross-functional teams supporting business goals.
- Continually search for ways to improve and adapt to change.
- Share information to ensure team effectiveness.
- Apply business solutions to legal problems.
- Guide legal compliance.
- Work in multi-functional teams and build trusting relationships across corporate, regional, and legal groups.
- Demonstrate learning agility and drive to make the legal function strategic.
- Be willing to take on additional responsibilities.
- Be willing to travel domestically and internationally as required.
Eligibility
- Degree in Law (BA LLB, BBA LLB) with 2-3 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in Contract Management within a corporate environment.
- Strong understanding of contract law.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
