Zscaler is hiring a Executive Legal to join their office in Punjab.

Role and Responsibilities

• Review and negotiate legal documents including but not limited to MSAs, SaaS Agreements, Lease Agreements, and Order Forms.
• Review and edit vendor templates to highlightareas of potential concern.
• Ability to effectively present and communicateinformation.
• Perform contract interpretation and implement Procurement contracting strategies.

Eligibility

• Law degreeIndustry experience.
• Contract review experience.
• Fluency in English - spoken and written.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
