Details of the Job/Internship
MPL Group is hiring an Executive – Liaison & Legal with 3–6 years of experience to join their Head Office in Hyderabad.
Role and Responsibilities
- Coordinate directly with Central, State, and Local authorities to secure and renew licenses, approvals, and registrations.
- Track and ensure the timely submission of all statutory filings and regulatory compliance reports.
- Maintain comprehensive statutory registers and compliance documentation across various business units.
- Assist in the drafting and vetting of commercial contracts, legal agreements, and official correspondence.
- Coordinate with external advocates and maintain an up-to-date litigation tracker for ongoing cases.
- Support Unit Heads in the collection, review, and audit of statutory compliance records.
- Manage and maintain a centralized repository of legal documentation in both physical and digital formats.
Eligibility
- Mandatory Graduate or Postgraduate degree; an LLB is highly preferred.
- 3–6 years of professional experience in Liaison, Legal, or Regulatory functions.
- Strong foundational knowledge of statutory compliance processes.
- Excellent coordination, follow-up, and documentation abilities.
- Prior experience working within a manufacturing or industrial setup is preferred.
- High level of professional integrity and conduct.
