Details of the Job/Internship

Presolv360 is hiring an Executive (Mediation) with experience of 1-2 years to join their office in Colaba, Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Administer and manage the full lifecycle of mediation cases hosted on the Presolv360 platform.
• Support mediators and disputing parties through efficient case coordination and proactive communication.
• Drive new projects and initiatives focused on ODR, training programs, and institutional partnerships.
• Conduct research on emerging global mediation models to contribute to the firm's thought leadership.
• Collaborate with leadership to design and execute innovative mediation and ADR programs.
• Gather user and mediator feedback to suggest functional improvements for the platform and processes.
• Build and nurture professional networks with mediators, legal institutions, and ecosystem partners.
• Coordinate the empanelment, training, and engagement activities for the firm's network of mediators.
• Represent the organization in external mediation events, dialogues, and industry forums.

Eligibility

• LLB / LLM graduate from a recognized university.
• 1-2 years of experience, with a strong preference for backgrounds in ADR or ODR.
• Excellent drafting skills and high proficiency in written and verbal communication.
• Advanced proficiency in word processing software (e.g., MS Word).
• Meticulous approach with a keen eye for detail in case management.
• Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and take ownership of new initiatives.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for people-centric conflict resolution.
