Details of the Job/Internship

Rajshri Entertainment Private Limited is looking for a candidate for the position of Executive Operations (Legal) to join them at their office in Worli.

Role and Responsibilities

• MIS Reporting: Prepare and maintain comprehensive monthly MIS reports tracking performance metrics and content operations.
• Content Agreement Management: Maintain and update the agreement database for all acquired content (e.g., movie rights, licenses, expiry dates).
• Coordinate with the Legal team for agreement drafts, renewals, and compliance documentation.
• Cross-Team Coordination: Liaise with internal departments such as Legal, Tech, and Content to streamline processes and ensure operational efficiency.
• Business Development Research: Research and evaluate new business opportunities, potential partnerships, and emerging digital platforms. Provide analytical insights and recommendations to support business growth and content monetization strategies.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Strong analytical and research capabilities.
• Someone with legal background into Media & Entertainment.

Salary/Stipend
