CINEFIL PRODUCERS PERFORMANCE LTD, (CINEFIL) is a Copyright Society registered by the Central Government under Section 33(3) of the Copyright Act 1957 for Cinematograph Film Work and it’s formed by the Film producers and Other Owners Pan India (collectively referred as “Members”) having the object of collecting royalties from India and Overseas by issuing and granting Cinematographic Performance license (CPL) as per scheduled Tariff (Tariff) CINEFIL has obtained exclusive authorization from its Author and Other Owner members pursuant to the provisions of Section 34 of the Copyright Act 1957 and number of Films are not less than 7500 Feature Films which includes Platinum and Golden Jubilee Film makers. 

Details of the Job/Internship

CINEFIL PRODUCERS PERFORMANCE LTD, (CINEFIL) is hiring for th position of Executive – Secretarial & Legal with 2 years of experience to join their office in Mumbai. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in the day-to-day operations of the Legal and Secretarial departments.
• Draft and review legal documents, contracts, board resolutions, and compliance reports.
• Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, Copyright laws, and other applicable regulations.
• Maintain statutory records and manage regulatory filings with the Registrar of Companies (ROC) and other authorities.
• Liaise with internal departments and external legal advisors.

Eligibility

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a legal and/or company secretarial role.
• Working knowledge of corporate laws, secretarial practices, and media-sector regulations.
• Strong multitasking, organizational, and communication skills.
• Excellent command of English (spoken and written); knowledge of a regional language is an added advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office and standard business software.

Salary/Stipend
