Juvencia Lifesciences Private Limited is hiring an Executive/Senior Executive – Legal with 3–4 years of experience to join their legal team in Ahmedabad.

Role and Responsibilities

• Maintain an up-to-date database of all types of agreements.
• Prepare, evaluate, and negotiate Licensing, Manufacturing & Supply, Distribution agreements with stakeholders.
• File and maintain updated records of trademarks and intellectual property-related documentation.
• Perform any other legal tasks assigned by the department.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree and L.L.B./L.L.M.
• Minimum 3–4 years of relevant legal experience.

Salary/Stipend

Salary details will be finalised during the interview process with the selected candidate.
