Details of the Job/Internship
ATS Infrastructure Ltd is hiring for the position of Executive / Senior Executive - Legal with experience of 2+ years to join their Noida office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Drafting and reviewing of legal documents;
- Must have handled litigation, including before DRT, NCLT/NCLAT;
- Basic Knowledge of SARFAESI laws, IBC, Arbitration and Conciliation Act including the procedural aspects;
- Knowledge of legal compliance requirements;
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams;
- Coordination with internal departments and external counsel, attending hearings, and preparation of case notes.
