Details of the Job/Internship

Onsitego is hiring for the position of Executive/Senior Executive - Legal with 2-5 years of experience to join their office in Mumbai. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and finalize legal notices, replies, and written statements related to consumer litigation.
• Coordinate with external legal counsels for document vetting and filing with courts.
• Act as a liaison between internal customer escalation teams and external legal representatives.
• Support external lawyers by compiling and submitting case-related documents.
• Maintain an up-to-date tracker for legal cases, including new, ongoing, and closed matters.
• Monitor and report monthly legal expenses and case progress to internal stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with court deadlines and documentation requirements.

Eligibility

• Experience: 2–5 years in handling litigation, preferably in consumer law or corporate legal departments.
• Strong legal drafting and documentation skills.
• Experience coordinating with external law firms and regulatory bodies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously.
• Proficient in MS Office and legal case tracking tools.
• Qualification: LLB (Bachelor of Laws)
