Bajaj Allianz General Insurance is hiring an Executive Trainee (legal) to join their office in Ahmedabad.
Role and Responsibilities
The selected candidate will primarily handle MACP (Motor Accident Claims Petition) cases and other specialized legal matters. This is a great opportunity for recent law graduates or legal professionals starting their career to gain hands-on experience in the insurance litigation space.
- Registering new MACP and specialized legal cases on internal systems.
- Coordinating and following up with panel advocates for case progress and documentation.
- Uploading final awards, payment details, and other relevant legal payments into the system.
- Maintaining accurate records of ongoing and closed cases.
- Assisting the legal team in ensuring timely compliance with legal formalities and deadlines.
- Preparing brief case summaries for internal review and decision-making.
- Attending hearings and coordinating with concerned stakeholders, if required.
Eligibility
- students in the final year of LL.B or any stream.
- Candidates with good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic understanding of MACP and insurance-related legal procedures is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office and legal documentation.
