Details of the Job/Internship

3SC is hiring an Executive with experience of 2–3 years to join their office in Gurugram. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end drafting, review, and negotiation of diverse commercial contracts, including Lease & License and Warehouse Services.
• Manage agreements related to Manpower, Transport, and other specialized service contracts.
• Provide strategic legal advice on contractual and business matters to support daily operations.
• Manage litigation as in-house counsel, including the drafting of notices and pleadings.
• Coordinate with external counsels and track the progress of ongoing legal cases.
• Maintain a comprehensive repository of legal records and agreement templates.
• Update and manage contract and litigation trackers and Management Information Systems (MIS).
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders across Business, HR, Operations, and Finance departments.

Eligibility

• LL.B. from a recognized university.
• 2–3 years of post-qualification experience in contract drafting, review, and negotiations.
• Experience gained in either an in-house legal department or a law firm.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a proven track record of taking ownership of assignments.
• Demonstrated ability to provide practical, business-oriented legal solutions.
