Details of the Job/Internship
Deenis Law Chamber Welfare Foundation is hiring a Drug License Executive to join its office in New Delhi. The role involves managing and processing drug licenses, including CDSCO MD-14, AYUSH & Cosmetic, Medical Device, Form-14, Form-20B, and Form-21 certificates.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage and process drug licenses.
- Maintain compliance with legal regulations.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies and ensure timely submission of documentation.
- Handle client communications and provide regulatory guidance.
- Support the legal team in compliance matters.
Eligibility
- Expertise in managing drug license processes and regulatory compliance.
- Knowledge of CDSCO MD-14, AYUSH & Cosmetic, Medical Device, Form-14, Form-20B, and Form-21 certificates.
- Strong understanding of legal and regulatory frameworks in the pharmaceutical sector.
- Excellent communication and client management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with legal and compliance teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- Experience in the legal or pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
