Details of the Job/Internship
EXL is hiring a Legal Triage Specialist with 2–3 years of experience to join their office in Noida.
Role and Responsibilities
- Receive and analyze incoming legal service requests.
- Classify matters by type, urgency, and complexity.
- Assign matters to appropriate legal teams or escalate as needed.
- Monitor case intake queues and ensure timely processing.
- Maintain records in the case management system.
- Communicate with stakeholders to clarify legal requests.
- Ensure compliance with internal protocols and procedures.
- Conduct e-discovery document reviews for responsiveness, privilege, and redactions.
Eligibility
- Law graduate from a reputed university.
- 2–3 years of experience in litigation support or e-discovery.
- Proficiency in MS Office and legal research tools.
- Good understanding of U.S. legal systems and terminology.
- Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
