Details of the Job/Internship

IN10 Media Network is hiring an Executive / Senior Executive – Legal with 2–3 years of experience to join their office in Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end legal support for film and television development and production.
• Draft and negotiate talent agreements, above-the-line contracts, rights acquisition documents, co-production deals, and licensing arrangements.
• Review and verify chain of title and assess third-party rights and obligations.
• Conduct IP and content clearances in pre-development.
• Handle marketing and promotional agreements, including product placement and co-branding.
• Manage contract administration, maintain project status reports, and support litigation with research and briefing.
• Coordinate with the Head of Legal on key matters.

Eligibility

• 2–3 years of experience in the media and entertainment sector.
• Strong background in Intellectual Property Rights.
• Mumbai-based candidates only.

Salary/Stipend

Salary details will be finalised during the interview process with the selected candidate.
