Kapil Dixit LLP Advocates is hiring an Experienced Advocate with relevant litigation experience to join their office in Bengaluru.

Role and Responsibilities

• Represent clients in court proceedings.
• Draft legal documents and conduct legal research.
• Attend client consultations and analyze case requirements.
• Handle family, criminal, and property law matters.
• Work collaboratively with the legal team to provide strategic legal advice.

Eligibility

• Proven experience in family, criminal, and property law.
• Strong skills in legal drafting and case analysis.
• Competence in legal research and interpretation of laws.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and work in a team environment.
• Law degree from a recognized institution and Bar Council enrollment.
• Experience in High Court and Supreme Court matters is an advantage.

Salary/Stipend
