Kapil Dixit LLP Advocates is hiring an Experienced Advocate to join their office in Bengaluru.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft and file legal documents in courts and tribunals.
• Represent clients in trial courts, High Courts, and appellate matters.
• Provide strategic legal advice and conduct legal research.

Eligibility

• Minimum 1 year of experience in litigation and legal advisory.
• Proficiency in legal drafting, pleadings, and court representation.
• Ability to handle complex legal matters independently.
• Registration with any State Bar Council is mandatory.
• Proficiency in English and Hindi.

Salary/Stipend
