Details of the Job/Internship
RSLO & Advocates is hiring a Senior Level Experienced Advocate with 7–15 years of experience to join their office in New Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Handle litigation and advisory work across multiple legal practice areas.
- Draft, review, and vet legal documents including petitions, contracts, and agreements.
- Conduct detailed legal research and interpret complex legal issues.
- Represent clients before different legal forums.
- Develop case strategies and advise clients on contentious and non-contentious matters.
- Mentor and manage a team of at least 3–4 junior associates.
- Handle individual client portfolios where required.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in law (LLB).
- LLM or equivalent specialisation is an advantage.
- 7–15 years of relevant legal experience.
- Experience in litigation, arbitration, and advisory matters.
- Strong analytical, research, communication, and organisational skills.
- Team management experience of at least 3–4 juniors is required.
