Details of the Job/Internship

The Legal Swan is hiring a full-time External Member to act on the Internal Committee (IC) of client organizations in Mumbai or NCR.

Role and Responsibilities

• Participate in IC meetings and inquiry proceedings as an independent external member.
• Guide the IC on the POSH Act and related legal frameworks.
• Ensure compliance with principles of natural justice and due process.
• Maintain neutrality and confidentiality throughout proceedings.
• Draft inquiry reports, recommendations, and compliance documentation.
• Conduct training programs for employees on POSH compliance.

Eligibility

• LLB or LLM qualification.
• Minimum experience of handling 20 POSH complaints.
• Experience in POSH matters is mandatory.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Experience in drafting legal opinions, petitions, and reports.

Salary/Stipend
