Details of the Job/Internship
LawSikho is hiring a Faculty member for its Advocate on Record (AOR) Course with 4–5 years of litigation experience to join their fully remote team.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct structured teaching sessions on procedural laws related to the AOR exam.
- Guide students in drafting interlocutory applications, writ petitions, and SLPs.
- Prepare course materials, notes, and practice modules.
- Conduct mock examinations and assessment sessions.
- Mentor and address academic queries of enrolled students.
Eligibility
- LL.B. degree from a recognized university.
- 4–5 years PQE in litigation, preferably before High Courts and/or the Supreme Court of India.
- Hands-on experience in drafting under civil and criminal procedural laws.
- Teaching or mentoring experience is an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of CPC, BNS, BNSS, Constitution of India, and Supreme Court Rules.
- Excellent drafting and communication skills.
- Must be available to join immediately or within 15 days.
Salary/Stipend
₹66,000 per month gross + incentives
