Details of the Job/Internship
Skillarbitrage is hiring a Faculty for Academic Writing & AI Integration with experience of 3+ years to join their remote team. The role involves developing training modules and course materials across legal and non-legal subjects, conducting interactive teaching sessions, integrating AI tools into education, and guiding students on career development and progress tracking.
Role and Responsibilities
- Design and deliver courses using interactive, Socratic method-based pedagogy across legal and non-legal subjects.
- Create engaging course materials combining theory with practical applications.
- Develop AI-enhanced learning modules.
- Support students in managing learning outcomes and achieving career goals.
- Manage the NPS for allocated courses.
- Assist learners in securing jobs and clients with provided tools and training.
- Contribute ideas to improve course content and pedagogy.
- Work across legal and non-legal domains as required.
- Use the company’s time-tracking software.
Eligibility
- Minimum 3 years of PQE.
- Passion for teaching and coaching learners.
- Strong interest in AI, automation, and multidisciplinary domains.
- Excellent communication, delivery, and analytical writing skills.
- Ability to work from home and adapt to technology-enabled teaching.
