Details of the Job/Internship
Lawctopus Law School is hiring Family Law and Labour Law Faculty with a minimum of 3 years of experience to lead practical training sessions.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct one weekly online session lasting 1.5 hours in the assigned subject area.
- Teach practical legal skills, focusing on the drafting of Legal Notices, Petitions, and Applications.
- Transition students from textbook knowledge to real-courtroom application.
- Provide expert insights into the procedural nuances of Family Law or Labour Law.
- Engage with students virtually to answer practical queries related to litigation and practice.
Eligibility
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in either Family Law or Labour Law.
- Proven expertise in practical legal drafting (notices, petitions, etc.).
- Ability to commit to a fixed schedule of one session per week.
- Passion for teaching and a belief in application-oriented legal education.
- Strong communication skills suitable for a virtual teaching environment.
