FourFold LPO is hiring a Family Law Paralegal with prior experience in U.S. Family Law matters to join their office in Noida Sector 132.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery documents, and affidavits.
- Handle matters related to divorce, child custody, child support, modification, enforcement, and protective orders.
- Assist with U.S. court procedures and filing systems
Eligibility
- Prior experience working on U.S. Family Law cases.
- Strong drafting skills.
- Familiarity with U.S. court procedures and filing systems.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
