Sarji Law Firm is hiring a Family Law Paralegal with 1–3 years of experience to join their office in Charleston, South Carolina. The role involves handling a variety of responsibilities in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on family law and civil litigation matters.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle a range of paralegal responsibilities in family law and civil litigation matters.
• Manage case-related tasks in a fast-paced legal environment.
• Maintain accurate records of billable and non-billable time in the case management system.
• Coordinate and support legal processes in accordance with procedural rules.

Eligibility

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in South Carolina Civil Litigation.
• Preference for candidates with South Carolina Family Law experience.
• Familiarity with the South Carolina Rules of Civil Procedure.
• Highly self-motivated with the ability to work effectively, including remotely within South Carolina.
• Proficiency in Clio preferred.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to track billable and non-billable time accurately.
• Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace for remote work.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
