Details of the Job/Internship
Param Foundation is hiring a Finance & Legal Associate with 0–1.5 years of experience to join their office in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft and review MoUs, Service Agreements, NDAs, Engagement Letters, Employment Agreements, Procurement Agreements, and other daily contracts.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors, advocates, and partners for contract-related inputs.
- Maintain a contract repository, track renewals, expiries, and compliance requirements.
- Prepare project proposals, concept notes, budgets, and financial models.
- Draft meeting minutes and maintain action trackers.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings with partners, vendors, auditors, and consultants.
- Support documentation for audits and CSR due diligence.
Eligibility
- LLB preferred; B.Com / BBA / BA / BSW / CA Inter / CS Executive / BA (English) may also apply.
- Fresher to 1.5 years of experience in legal drafting, operations, compliance, or documentation.
- Strong proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
- Excellent writing, attention to detail, and organisational skills.
- Basic understanding of contract law and commercial terms (preferred).
