RegisterKaro is hiring for the position of Finance & Compliance Associate with 0-6 months of experience to join their office in Gurugram.
Role and Responsibilities
1. Company Incorporation & Compliance
- Assist in company formations, licensing, and obtaining regulatory approvals.
- Prepare and manage documentation for incorporation and post-incorporation requirements.
- File applications for business registrations, licenses, and government clearances.
- Coordinate with regulatory authorities and track approval processes.
- Advise clients on legal and compliance obligations.
2. Financial Operations & Regulatory Filings
- Ensure timely filing of statutory forms and returns with the Registrar of Companies (ROC).
- Support compliance with the Companies Act, 2013, including board resolutions and annual filings.
- Assist in GST, income tax, and TDS return filings.
- Monitor adherence to taxation laws and accounting standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to maintain accurate financial records.
3. Client Support & Advisory
- Serve as a point of contact for client queries related to incorporation, tax, and legal compliance.
- Provide updates and clarifications on regulatory procedures and statutory obligations.
- Educate clients on financial best practices and compliance timelines.
4. Documentation & Reporting
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements (balance sheets, P&L, cash flow).
- Maintain a well-organized repository of all compliance documents and transaction records.
- Ensure timely submission of financial reports.
- Recommend and help implement process improvements for greater efficiency.
Eligibility
- Educational Background: B.Com, BBA, B.Com LLB, BBA LLB, or CA/CMA/CS dropouts with relevant firm experience.
- Strong grasp of Companies Act, GST, TDS, and general tax laws.
- Familiarity with Tally, QuickBooks, or similar accounting software is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to confidentiality.
