Details of the Job/Internship
Anoma Legal is hiring for three positions in its Fintech Regulatory team in Bangalore and is looking for Associates with 2–3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide legal advisory services on Fintech regulations, including RBI, SEBI, and IRDAI frameworks.
- Draft, review, and negotiate agreements for partnerships with fintechs and regulated entities.
- Assist in debt capital markets and general debt practice matters.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to deliver strategic regulatory advice.
Eligibility
- LL.B. degree with 2–3 years of relevant PQE.
- Prior experience in Banking & Finance or Fintech regulatory practice preferred.
- Strong knowledge of RBI, SEBI, IRDAI regulations.
- Exposure to debt-related transactions or capital markets is desirable.
