India-International Law Firm® is hiring an International Disputes Lawyer with an LLM degree to join their Bengaluru office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Represent clients before courts, tribunals, and international arbitration panels.
- Draft pleadings, submissions, and client advisories on complex disputes.
- Conduct legal research on international and domestic dispute laws.
- Assist in developing strategies for cross-border dispute resolution.
- Liaise with clients, foreign counsel, and regulatory authorities.
- Manage case files, hearings, and ensure compliance with procedural laws.
- Provide legal opinions and risk assessments on global disputes.
Eligibility
- LLM degree from a recognized institution.
- Experience at a consultancy preferred.
- Strong advocacy, negotiation, and dispute resolution skills.
- Knowledge of international arbitration laws and cross-border contracts.
- Fluency in one foreign language.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and IT skills.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure with professionalism.
