The firm is offering a specialized Training Programme designed exclusively for law students enrolled in universities outside of India.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist the International Disputes team with cross-border litigation and arbitration proceedings.
- Conduct advanced legal research on constitutional principles and landmark judgments influencing global law.
- Draft and review legal arguments, memos, and documents for complex international disputes.
- Engage in Public Interest Litigation (PIL) addressing human rights and social justice.
- Research and track emerging legal trends in AI regulation, data privacy, and biodiversity.
- Support senior counsel in preparing for hearings and case strategy sessions.
- Contribute to comparative law studies involving Indian and foreign legal frameworks.
- Navigate a pluralistic legal environment involving various personal and tribal laws.
Eligibility
- Current student pursuing an LLB or LLM from a foreign university (non-Indian).
- Strong academic or professional interest in International Law and Arbitration.
- Excellent legal research, analytical thinking, and writing skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, professional, and multilingual environment.
