Details of the Job/Internship
The Founders Office + Executive Assitant role at GoComet plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless communication and project management for the CEO. This position involves a combination of administrative, project management, and strategic responsibilities to support the CEO in various capacities.
Role and Responsibilities
- Communication Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communication on behalf of the CEO.Draft and edit emails, LinkedIn messages, and other communication materials for the CEO, maintaining a professional tone and ensuring accuracy.
- Project Management:
- Manage and coordinate special projects assigned by the CEO, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project timelines.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute projects effectively, providing regular updates to the CEO.
- Market Research:
- Conduct thorough market research to gather relevant industry insights, trends, and competitive intelligence.Prepare comprehensive reports and summaries of market findings, presenting key information to aid strategic decision-making.
- Documentation:
- Maintain and organize critical documents, contracts, and records related to the CEO's responsibilities.Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of sensitive information.
- Internal Communication:
- Streamline internal communication processes, facilitating efficient information flow within the organization.Work closely with department heads to disseminate important announcements and updates from the CEO.
- Special Projects:
- Lead and contribute to special projects as assigned by the CEO, demonstrating adaptability and a proactive approach. Collaborate with various teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
- Client Outreach:
- Proactively reach out to potential clients on behalf of the CEO to explore business opportunities.Foster and maintain strong relationships with key clients, representing the organization professionally.
- Calendar Management:
- Manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and events to optimize time management.Provide timely reminders and ensure the CEO is well-prepared for upcoming engagements.
