Details of the Job/Internship

LawSikho is hiring Freelance Career Mentors for a full-time, remote role with a pay range of ₹30,000 - ₹60,000 per month. The role involves guiding, inspiring, and mentoring individuals to help them achieve career goals. Prior experience as a career coach is not required, as training will be provided on freelancing strategies, platform navigation, client acquisition, AI tools, and career development frameworks.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide guidance, motivation, and support to mentees.
• Help individuals identify and achieve their career goals.
• Communicate clearly and simplify complex concepts.
• Inspire confidence and encourage action in mentees.

Eligibility

Graduate with a minimum of 1 year of work experience and good English communication skills.

Salary/Stipend

30,000 to 60,000/-
