Details of the Job/Internship
Flexing It is hiring a Consultant Paralegal with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join their office in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Support streamlining of legal processes across multiple international markets.
- Identify and implement efficiencies in legal operations, including client tools and AI-based solutions.
- Reduce administrative workload through resource pooling and technology adoption.
- Create and maintain contract templates and legal support tools.
- Manage vendors, including onboarding and payment processing.
- Support business training on simplicity initiatives and self-service tools.
- Participate in international legal projects and assist attorneys across various jurisdictions.
Eligibility
- Minimum 5 years of paralegal experience, preferably in a pharmaceutical or multinational corporate legal department.
- Fluency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in AI tools, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain high attention to detail.
- Strong organisational skills, proactiveness, and accountability.
- Experience in international legal environments and strong interpersonal skills (preferred).
