SkillMonde is hiring a Freelancer Corporate Lawyer.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice and support on corporate matters, including mergers, acquisitions,corporate governance, and compliance.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts,agreements, and other legal documents.
- Advise clients on intellectual property (IP)matters, including trademark, copyright, patentfilings, and IP portfolio management.
- Conduct legal research and stay updated with the latest laws and regulations affecting corporate and IP law.
- Assist clients in resolving legal disputes through negotiation, mediation, or litigation.
- Ensure all legal activities comply with relevant laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with other legal professionals and stakeholders to provide comprehensive legal solutions.
Eligibility
- Proven experience as a Corporate and IP Legal Professional with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in corporate law and intellectual property law.
- Strong understanding of legal principles,regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Relevant certifications and qualifications in law(e.g., LLB, LLM, or equivalent).
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
