Solytics Partners is hiring for the position of Freelance Corporate Lawyer with 5 years of experience to join their office remotely. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of IT and technology-related contracts, including:
  • Master Service Agreements (MSAs)
  • Master Software Agreements
  • Statements of Work (SOWs)
  • Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)
  • Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Software Licensing Agreements
  • Data Privacy & Protection Agreements
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align legal documentation with business goals and operational requirements.
• Conduct legal research to remain current with industry regulations, privacy laws, and compliance best practices.
• Provide strategic legal advice to ensure contractual and regulatory compliance.
• Review and provide counsel on corporate agreements, including governance documents, IP agreements, and business operations contracts.

Eligibility

• LLB or LLM from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 5 years of legal experience, with a strong focus on IT contracts and corporate agreements.
• Demonstrated expertise in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex legal documents.
• Solid understanding of legal issues in technology, data privacy, intellectual property, and cybersecurity.
• Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
• Prior experience with Investment Banking or Risk Management sectors is a strong plus.
