Details of the Job/Internship

Soul AI is hiring a Historical / Cultural Research Annotator with relevant academic background to support AI training and evaluation through part-time remote freelance work.

Role and Responsibilities

• Analyse historical narratives, timelines, and cultural explanations.
• Verify claims for factual accuracy and contextual grounding.
• Annotate and label historical and cultural research content for AI training.
• Review and validate AI-generated outputs related to history and culture.
• Evaluate historical reasoning for chronological accuracy and source reliability.
• Identify and tag errors such as anachronisms, inaccuracies, oversimplifications, or misinterpretation of sources.

Eligibility

• BA or MA in History, Anthropology, Cultural Studies, or Humanities.
• Strong ability to analyse historical sources and narratives.
• Excellent attention to evidence quality and source integrity.
• Strong narrative reasoning and evidence evaluation skills.

Salary/Stipend

Up to ₹1,500 per hour (project-based).
