- Prepare contract templates and negotiation notes.

Eligibility
- LL.B. degree with 1–3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong drafting and analytical skills.
- Experience in corporate, commercial, or startup advisory work.
- Ability to work independently and deliver tasks on time.
